I'm not a expert but find this in your skin

background: #E0E0E0;
	color: #333333;
	font: bold 11px tahoma, verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
	border-left: 1px solid #ea7600;
	border-top: 1px solid #ea7600;

and change the ea7600 to ffffff
