    Any country outside USA ignore DMCA since its a American legislation, there a difference between copyright notice than DMCA notice.

    Most provider neglect DMCA but they need to follow the copyright laws from there own country.

    Try turbovps, I talked to their support staff and he said that they will not handle any DMCA complaints for VPS's in Tallinn.

    P/s: they have their own IP range so this is trustable.
