Delete old mass private messages.

I have a mybb forum and i want to clean my db, because it's size more than 400MB. Too hard to download it daily.

So, i want to delete some old mass pms.
Is there a mysql command or anything else?

I think theres a mysql command that would drop the tables, you can use that to drop all the tables and make the size atleast 400MB lesser.

if there is only one table for pm's you can probably get away with truncating it (button next to drop table) to empty it

Yea do what gavo said dont drop the actual table just everything inside it that should clear everyones inbox

You might want to warn everyone 1st though i dont think they would appreciate you deleting all their pm's without telling em

I can't delete all, because i make money with the mass p.messages.
There are new pms in the db too.
