[phpBB3] Setting specific permission

I want to set permissions for a section in such a way that all registered users will be able to post in that section, but they will not be able to read existing topics there.
How to do that? I tried but could not work it out.
Please help

Create a new role for registered members and set 'Can read forum' to no and then set forum permissions to use the role.


dunno why you would want to do that though

I set permissions like this:
Can start new topics: Yes
Can read forum: No
But still users are not allowed to post.

I want to allow users to post in dumps but not see existing posts. That day a guy said he can provide dumps, so I want to allow users to see dumps only if they can provide some accounts first.
