yes, but they move to another host from time to time...

They send Takedown noticed for any genre, or they tell you to shutdown the whole site, there is some warez sites who host in the usa fine, you just need to remove files when you get dmca notices, there is safe harbour previsions in dmca which mean as long as you remove the topic links when asked you shouldent have any problems, so technically you could move to usa if desired.

I personally wouldn’t move to the usa, but then i equally wouldn’t use 99% of the hosts here, because they are typically run by children.
