You're Host will Most Properly tell you to upgrade you're package.
Or Worst Suspend you.

How much are you paying? 4.5% is a little low.

Many people suspend your account.
If you're on a VPS, you'll get a database error for sometime and it'll be cool again.

Ask your host coz there are some limitations on usage of CPU resource.

well probably suspend your service because of high cpu usage. That is low, I got one host up to 130%

i think they will first inform you and will tell you about it & tell u to upgrade your plan, if you disagree they will suspend your account.

But i think good host will give you a warning be4 suspension.

yes, i was afraid of that...now iam using 3% (total 4.5%), when i contact them they told me they will inform me when the upgrade is needed...
