Azo: Yes that monitoring was started a long time ago, since then the server which is being monitored has been offline for many weeks, and has also had custom firewalls (disabling Ping) before our launch of shared hosting. When we made the thread before, we hadn't launched fully, therefore the server was up and down a lot for testing/maintenance.

Now we are fully up and running no downtimes will occur
