can't open KWWHunction without www ?

I saw that i can't open besthostingforums.com or http://besthostingforums.com/ in the browser and it seems it is not only for me.
Can you confirm it ?

as far as i can see

besthostingforums.com > 66.252.1.36

www.besthostingforums.com > 212.7.200.131

and they are using their domain providers DNS so they just have to add a A record
name : @
IP : 212.7.200.131

and everything will be fine.......
