im from Tunisia , and all page have a "proxy" word are only 404 Not Found , so the best is creating a proxy on my PC

It's pretty hard to get a good working proxy, unless you are prepared to pay for it.

My ISP blocks certain websites and gave up finding a good proxy. I am now using CyberGhostVPN. But that's of little help with RL of course.
