So this has emailed me 5/6 times over the last couple days - I myself really couldn't give a fuck, not really a legal issues, more of a hilarious use of scare tactics which won't work. So here's the game of ping pong so far.

I never bother replying to these emails, get 2-3 of them daily.
Just delete the topic and thats it job done.

That's true SJ, but some times it can be mildly entertaining

Anyhow, just add "deny from 98.144.0.0 - 98.157.255.255" to your .htaccess file and should be all good, according to a whois that's there IP range.
