Need Help Regarding Mysql Urgently...

Hello Friends,
i Have this website

I hosted it in a VPS by knowinservers.com
I have installed Cent Os (32Bit) and Kloxo to run my site and also VCN (Nomachine)
Now, when there are many visitors in my site.
I get a error:

Mysql Server Gone Away
Error Number: 2001

And also my site is loading very slow.
But the site which does not use mysql are working fine. Only site using mysql are having problem's.

Friends, Plz tell me that which thing is causing this huge problem?
1. Kloxo or Centos
2. Mysql Problem
3. Server Problem
4. Os problem
5. Any Other.

Plz help me friends, i need your urgent help.

By default, your server closes the mysql connection after 8 hours or 28800 seconds. You can resolve this problem by increasing the mysql wait_timeout you can do this by following the instructions below.

Step 1: Login to SSH

Step 2: After login into SSH type locate my.cnf (This method will locate were your mysql my.cnf configuration is stored at)

Step 3: After you've located the default path for your my.cnf use your favorite linux editor Vi or Nano to open it.

Step 4: After you've it open you'll see a line that says mysql wait timeout increase your mysql wait timeout to 200 or what better suits you.

His Site is kinda werid, it eats almost 90% of the CPU of the server.

This could be from a mod you installed for your forum.

Check your php.ini, for php_memory value.
