Getting SQL Error While Installing VB3.8x

Well im getting this error during a fresh VB installation :/
Database error in vBulletin :

Invalid SQL:

Reinstall it as the error says '.vbdatastore' doesn't exist

Its a fresh installation plus I had already tried with different versions and I still getting the same error!

Try some different vB. The one which you downloaded might be corrupted

Are u sure that u have editted Config.php properly?
If yes then try another host if no check it
