I want some Sitemap Help...........??????

so guys i have some confusion regarding sitemap.........

Firstly, have a look on my sitemap



2) I am using a product titled " vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Generator".
it generates the site map and submit it to automatically in the search engine.
in above attachment you can see that there is 4 kind of sitemap files exists there...... that thing realy confused me that which one of the exact sitemap file....

2) in VB4.0.4 there is an option title " XML Sitemap" and we can generate our site map from this option too.

Now i would like to know that which type of file should be submitted into the sitmap arena? i have the folder of sitemap in my C panel... there is now 4 files of site map.....

Kindly clear that confusion that whine one should be keep in sitemap arena
