Hi, I would like to post my needs on a VPS because I can't find this kind of spec anywhere.

4 Core allowance
2GB min. upto 4GB RAM
1Gbps line unmetered or at least 10-20TB of b/w
Windows OS

the CPU should be at least Q6600 quailty and up only.

Hard to find 10-20TB b/w on 1gb/s port for VPS.

The dedicated server itself could have 5/10/20TBs all together.

To be honest you would be best looking at a dedicated server for those specs.

I currently have a dedicated 1gbps line with unmetered in and 100TB out for less than $200. I hit 100MB/s whenever I want. So it's possible but yes, hard to find. Except, I want to stop paying that high. I want to have VPS and lower price than $200. That's why I posted this :\

You may sell some services such as VPS in your current server to reduce the amount you have to pay

I did saw it some where else but I had forgot.
Only few of VPS provider are giving such offer.
