An Ignore Mod

Would there be some kind of "ignore mod" for ipb 3.1 just like there is for VB , where you can ignore a certain member.

I have looked on several forums but without success.

Perhaps one of you guys can help me out

My settings > profile > Manage Ignored Users

I already knew this, but how can you completely ignore somebody, like for instance if you go to "view new content" that all the posts started of some certain member does not show. If that would be possible?
