my serve goes down when i download files

well im have my site and my leech on vps server but when a download files from my rl with my jdownloader my site comes down ... but not happens if a download alot of stuff on my rl or my torrentflux ,,, btw my max speed is 3mb what can it be?

nop.. im on vps centos latest php apache mysql version my site i prefer no reveal it jeje


edit: forget to tell sometimees takes a lot to open the web and other times its imposible

If you use VmWare as hypervisor that would be the trouble maker. I had the same problem as you.

Host changed hypervisior to VirtualBox and issues got sorted.

I think you should contact your host about this.

I had the same problem with my VPS. I bet you are using either Webmin or Virtualmin... When i started to download anything, my vps would be inaccessable to everyone else. The problem was fixed instantly when i switched to Kloxo...
