[TuT][Photoshop] Reflection

In this tutorial you will learn how to make reflections in Photoshop.
Let's start. First make a text.

Then press Control + J.

Click this:

Now click edit>transform>vertical
And put it here:

Now select the Gradient Tool with this options:

Do this with the Gradient Tool:

Set the opacity to 50%

Final Image Will Look Something like this depends on wht gradient color u use and wht font

good simple tut man .. as i was told when i first started.. actually by someone on here,with reflections u should take a light brush and erase a bit off the top of the font of the reflection.. i see u kinda went for tht,but it should be even all the way across.. or one side or the other depending on light source

Use a layer mask for the reflection instead.
Its more effective.

Reduce the opacity of the reflection. It'll look better

You selected the wrong gradient. You are suppose to select white to transparent and then you do it. =]
