Looking for Good Reliable Offshore VPS with i7 processor

in the past week i keep getting crappy vps
i need a vps thats reliable, offer good uptime and that doesnt get abused which will slow my site down

here are the specs i need

core i7 processor
700+ ram - 1gb/1.5gb burst ram
70 - 100 disc space

please if you overload your nodes, dont reply
if your server gets abused 24/7 dont reply

i just need one stable vps i can stay with for a very long time
if your server starts acting shitty. i will leave. my website has to be up 99.99% of the time, cuz if i my site is down, or slow, i wont get donations, then i wont be able to pay for hosting.

i like reliable things. so if you think you have a good reliable server, that wont slow down when im running my torrentflux (i7 runs tf real nice), then hit me up

First off, Do you have a price range for the specs you posted?
Second, torrentflux has nothing to do with the processor (well sort of, but not really), it's more of the bandwidth that slows it down. If you over use your port, most likely your host will limit your connection and that's what causes your website to be slow.

You can try OpenVServers, (contact them @ -> Sales@OpenvServers[dot]biz)
I'm not sure if they have stock at the moment or not, but if you are willing to wait then i'm sure it will be worth it.

Also, what exactly will you be hosting? that will help too
