Need Help in Mihalism Multi Host ( Reward System )

I was looking forward to implement a reward system

There will be 3 Tiers all Tiers will have different country depending on my choices of geolocation tracked using ip to location

And say for tier 1 a certain amount every 1000 views is paid and so on for tiers 2 and 3

Can anyone help me in getting this done in Mihalism Multi Host

don't use mihalism multi host. there is a bug in it, and a good hacker can hack it.
already got hacked when was trying this script.
