Need RL on a VPS

Ok title says it all.
I want VPS to host RL script.As you know it needs to be offshore.
Unmanaged VPS are better (for my budget).
what I ask for is ::

-root access(I can install anything I like)
-A kind of Remote Desktop(anything you can offer)  //optional
-Band width:No Band width limitations (I can download and upload as much as I can).
-RAM:1gb(at least).
-net speed:no less then 100 mbit
-A linux flavor is preferred(as OS).
-One IP would be great.
-disk space :as much as ou can offer (no less then 150 GB).

ok the VPS will be used for RL/TF and it will be private use(8 users max).

Do not put links to other threads here plz just put what you offer(prices) or what you suggest as a host.
guys if you have any experience with any good host plz consider replying here(even if their plans don't match the asked above).

Usually Remote Desktops do not come standard. You can install them though.

Furthermore, what is your budget? I hope not too low, because your HD space demands are high.
