I've been with wrzhost for quite sometime, I gotta say the site eventually gets down a few times in a month, but since I switched to their main server I didn't experience any long downtime, though I still think they needs to improve on their support.

I didn't see the this wise i would of replied sooner!
The server do experience downtime yes - like any hosting company, we tackle DDOS attacks, Users that abuse constantly everyday to try and get the service up and running properly for our clients.
Its not a matter of us being ignorant or whatever you want to call it - we are fully aware of what servers are down etc - just because we don't reply to our tickets at the moment in time it does not mean that we are not working in the background trying to resolve the issue.
Honestly what can you expect with the site and content your hosting ? yeah there is a uptime level but you have to understand that there is other websites that are alike yours on these servers, which are prone to get attacks or even people that decide to abuse the resources of the server just for a laugh. You cannot expect 100% uptime on any service let alone "offshore" hosting.
As for your comment regarding SQS Hosting Sandin0 this has absolutely nothing to do with WRZHost nor is it anyway linked to WRZHost, it is run completely differently in many aspects as well as it being run by different staff members. So I suggest you at least get your facts right before you start interfering in other peoples business.

My apologies, I should have restated that. SQS is ran by storming, who works for wrzhost as support. So if you have had problems with wrzhost you will most likely have the same problems with sqs now that jayfela does not run it.
That better? I'm not really trying to "bad-mouth" your company, I am merely stating that since he's had problems with wrzhost and their support, he will have the same problems with yours. (since sqs support will basically be the same as wrzhost support).

Sorry to say but it is not just me who does the support - we have allocated times - I'm not just a support worker either, I deal with multiple areas of WRZHost in is many titles.
To be honest you are 100% incorrect - like i said before SQSHosting is nowhere linked to WRZHost nor the support team/sales etc it is operated in a completely different manner and the support team are not the same either so why do you think it would be the same?.It's amazing, being in a community can cause hate. Competitors or not - DDOS isn't cool :)
