I gave up on them too, I added their link and my site was on the blacklist even though I emailed them. I removed their link a while back since they didn't whitelist it and never replied. Can't be bothered if they're not willing to do anything.

I prefer Katz, DDL0 etc instead of them, do they even send good traffic to your site?
