Need RL hosting that can be used for website

are there some of you provide Rapidleech hosting
but can be used as webhosting
why i look for this
cause i assume this kind of hosting is more powerfull rather than commonly shared hosting (as this hosting used for rapidleech which consume more cpu usage)
cost average $3-10

Not possible, unless there is only one or two persons who use rl.

I tried to provide webhosting with rl possibility but the server (a pretty powerful one) can not keep the load to a reasonable level suitable for normal hosting.

Get a vps. Pm me for under $10 deals.

let me clear what i want
i just use that hosting for webhosting
not use as it as rapidleech
i just RL hosting as web hosting
and not use it as RL

Normal web hosting is cheaper than Rapidleech hosting. So why would you want to buy rapidleech hosting.

What I mean is that if you buy web hosting, all the power will be taken by the users using rapidleech leaving you with a very slow site.

It is a misconception that rapidleech servers are more powerful than normal (shared) hosting servers.

My rapidleech and shared hosting (soon to be provided) servers are exactly the same.

Dear let me make it clear, running a rapidleech script uses the maximum port speed thus making the other sites running on the server slow.

I would advice you to buy a VPS or a Dedi server rather going for so cheap hosting.
