Hotfile is teh sh.t, they waste their money in rewards to uploaders and don't have a quality network. Now this... oh dear...

Hotfile was banning IP in range.
Most of Germany & France server IP range had been banned.
It's recommended to use US server which allow RL.
(seldom US server provide such service)

Or else, use proxy script created by koax.

I am using HF premium on my PC and RDP in the same time with no problem.
2 or maybe 3 different IP's won't be a problem. but if there are 5 or more different ip's in totally different range then off course it is obvious the account is shared among many people and don't be surprised if the account becomes demoted to free.
