You'd have to use Impex to downgrade to vB 3.8.x and then converter in phpBB.
Remember to have a full back if things go wrong.

This is the direct way to do his mate if you want you all post should be transferred to phpbbb otherwise simply install phpbb then a new forum will be created all your databse will be not dere
