WHM/Cpanel.. Full Configration...

Hello to alll..
i have ovh server.. they only provide.. cpanel with centos 32 bit...
i have installed cpanel centos 64 bit manually..
after that my rapidleech working was good.. but after 2 days its down.
i m receiving many error like
spamd failed @ Aug 2 07:12:17 2010. A restart was attempted automatically.
Service Check Method: [check command]

Cmd Service Check Raw Output: Spamd is not running

and not file download from rapidshare. when i m checking link of my ip with rapidshare it works fine..Uploading is fine with rapidshare and with all other sites... i have told to my host company they told me..

i dont know how to configure server via putty.
can any body write all cpanel installation and configuration manually in simple words...

Yes i have installed GUI.
I have setup via ssh...
only used installation command...
