For a good one you can pay between $75 to $125, and for professionals with lots of support and timely activity you can pay around $200 but that's ridiculous.

Yeah jayfella is pretty good, depending on the complexity he'll do it. I asked him for a quote and he said $50 valid XHTML/CSS.
