well your downloading the iso right? ... just burn the iso to a disk and set your bios to boot to cd.

It wont boot if i simply burn it ... i heard there are some files etc ... i tried google but was complicated ...

Well seeing as you find google'ing complicated, please turn off your computer, unplug it (from the wall socket) and never EVER return here again.

if u dont make this cd bootable then this cd will not run in bootable mode

but if u downloading ISO file then dont worry just burn it and it will work

download the iso.. once thats finished get ultraiso or just simple use nero to burn image to disk.
then reboot, set your bios to boot from cd and once rebooted again press the anykey when told and you will boot into the install.

id just slap it on a usb drive & boot from usb

setup is 1gb+ got 1gb usb atm ...

@ Dlow .. im downloading a ISO .. so i just need to extract the content in the usb ?? and boot it from bios ?? nothing else to do ??
