    What really matters here is how secure your hosting is, and your host's bandwidth provider. When you get a DMCA notice, a CC or BCC is usually sent to them as well. Most host's will not risk losing their bandwidth provider at a customer's expense and will drop the customer in a heartbeat if there is any risk.

    I have an understanding with my host, and with my host's bandwidth provider -- when a complaint comes in I take care of it and they know I do everytime, hence the working relationship is stable and websites are still running with no problems of anything being shut down.

    If your site is big enough, you can incur legal issues and headaches regardless of what country your server is in!

    I am facing same issues. I just got got DMCA notice from removeyourcontent.com, three times yesterday. The notices are same as you. I have deleted the content..But i want to know does this notices harm you in any way??
