I think, rapidleechhost version of rapidleech have MTN included Not sure tho.

didnt work for me gave me license error, than downloaded free version from this thread

now mtn works gr8 with rl

500 Internal Server Error

Last Word, You can check the php.ini file to enable it. I'd prefer you ask the host to do it.
