PayPal Account accessed by 3rd party?

well I can still log in to my account and make payments, i changed the password, so i dont know in what ways they limited it

this is possible , if some one logined in to ur paypal account from very different country's IP , so this is a security system of paypal that they check for IPs and lock the account for reason , it is quit possible that he tried to make a big account payment and account get's blocked or every just because the IP was from different country
