Trading Rapids

Alright, we've been discussing this in the staff section and decided to no longer allow the trading of Rapids. The primary reason for this is that Rapids can easily be (and are being) sold from hijacked RapidShare accounts. The Marketplace rules have been adjusted to reflect this change. One of the (red) admins still has to adjust the Marketplace description.

Just thought I'd post this here so everyone is aware of this change and so we don't have to answer the why question a 100 times.

Good decision. The way people were selling Rapids so cheap looked like it was from a phished account.
