I'm sure that it's caused by a plugin that you've installed.
have you installed "automatic media embedding" plugin.
if yes just disable it [or upgrade it].
and if not disable all your plugin and enable one by one so that you know wich one is causing the error.[u have to test whenever you enable a plugin].
