Hello, this example shows that you can almost do everything with batch, as long as you have external exe's. This is only for the peepz that don't require a fancy gui. Just a simple cmd screen.

Info: This little tool will get all whois information and will show it you in a cmd screen, just type the IP or hostname. This is easy if you don't want to visit all those whois websites.

Why are you complicating it? Is it hard to go on who.is? nic.ba? domaintools.com? etc. It's not needed really.
