A. Try disabling auto delete then unrar/unzip the folder you're needing to unrar/unzip. Then re-enabled it when you're done to have the folders / files auto deleted from your account.

Q. When unraring a file I get permission denied rar/unrar
A. You need to chmod the rar/unrar to 755 including the folder you can do this via FTP or cPanel File
Manager.

Q. What's the difference between Semi-Dedicated Rapidleech and Shared Rapidleech Hosting.
A. The difference is that with Shared Rapidleech Hosting is the servers are oversold to about the maximum of 200 to 500 accounts. However on Semi-Dedicated Rapidleech hosting the maximum accounts that's put on a server is around 20 accounts to 35 accounts to ensure you get the best server performance.

I just checked now IP Is not banned by HotFile - Download Test


The image you're looking at in the first post is the upload test I did to hotfile.

There might have been another user on the demo account when you were trying to download from hotfile they might have been downloading at that time from hotfile.com. I've check on myside here I don't see any problems IP doesn't seem to be banned.

The cause of this mostly is that our server are located in Netherlands. There for were Hotfile.com server are mostly USA based. We're working on getting onshore server that does allow rapidleech hosting hopefully this resolve this problem in the near future. For a more better understanding are you talking about upload speed or download speed feel free to post a screenshot of the download or upload speed you're getting. This server will be moving to a Germany location soon as our hosting provider announce Germany vps server can be order Germany vps server we'll have the Network port speed of 1 Gbps Network Connection.

As you known download speed very slow with Hotfile, but upload speed is very fast with Hotfile, may be due to Control panel configuration not correct

Mr.robert420, you said you server HDD space is 100GB right. Now lets count the space you give for the RL hosting

15GB x 5 = 75GB
25GB x 5 = 125GB
30GB x 5 = 150GB
45GB x 5 = 225GB
Total space required for a server is 575GB ...lolx

Just imagine if 5 user of plan RHL 2 uses the whole HDD space then your server space will be over limit. Please add up your HDD's then start hosting RL.

Our vps hosting provider allows us to upgrade diskspace at anytime whenever we do need more diskspace for the server hopefully that resolve your answers. Are rapidleech services are very new we decided to start off with a small HDD has we grow diskspace size of our vps HDD will be increased. We've been in business for over 2 years now as a free/paid hosting provider but we're just new to the Offshore Scene.
