Default Which mouse to buy (used for CAD)?

I need some good mouse for CAD and 3DS Max, so it needs to have at least 3 programmable buttons. It also needs to have a decent scroll wheel. My budget is 100 euros.

I was thinking about Logitech MX Performance? Tell me what do you think.

    EDIT: Needs to be wireless

Because I am more in architecture, don`t need graphics tablet. I`ll consider trackball also. Haven`t got any opportunities to test trackball out
