Yeah, I didn't really get to do much since I was at a workshop. And yes we do get monitored not only with BW, but with every other thing we do, all the websites we visit etc. So basically its useless LOL but it was fun to do a whole bunch of stuff there.

Only half a Gbit? Most bigshot unis have 1Gbit. I guess there was some traffic at the time of your speedtest

YALE actually has a much, much faster backbone.

You'll find his speed test is probably limited by the ethernet, not the line.
