Default PayPal Dispute - Saf or Not ??

    Hey homies...

I have bought a VPS on 21st June
ON 25 June owner said He might close VPS company & will refund full money in that case
On 30 June He have closed it.

On 1st July I have requested money back & till not he is not paying me back my refund & gives me shitty reasons..

He have said that He`ll do a direct bank transfer If I`m gonna give him my whole details ( which I dont wanna provide for security reasons )

So what will be the outcome If I`m gonna file a dispute against him ?
Is it possible to get refund or should I give him details ( he is saying that HDFC will take 2 days to transfer money so I doubt he`ll do it..) ??

I`m not verified @ PP & he is.
So the main points is what PP will do in this case ??

They will help me getting my money ??

PP will do nothing, or if pp is allowed in your country then 1st get verified and make dispute againts him , or simple if you can't do this so give him only your bank account no and name , i think its save to get transfer from him with only these details

Pay pal doesn't do anything if it is unofficial purchases like online services which they can't trace. Like the purchase you made.

Raise a dispute. Call paypal try to explain. Hope it alteast helps a bit. This would make him not to withdraw money more than what you have sent to him.

ex: if he already has 60$ in his account and your money is 10$ so total of 70$. He can only withdraw 60$ .

He might have already transferred the whole money from his paypal to his account or used it up because its almost 10 days.A transfer in paypal to almost any bank would be a max of 3 days. So if his account is empty paypal really couldn't do anything till he gets funds.

    God bless

it does not matter if he transfers the money out of his account and does not have it. Paypal WILL refund it no matter what, if you are deemed successful in your case. This is even if he has 0 in his account, his account will go negitive and you will get money from paypal directly.

so just open a paypal dispute and say u did not get your service
