if u write a script that just loops for ever, check the load on ur server when running it do it when 10 people hit that script see what it is then. Make sure ur script is properly written and isnt loading forever lol.. and 500 clients on that server semi dedicated? wtf.

Must be a HTTP flood. If your site only has 60 users you wont be using that CPU.
