I've bought dozens of linux vps from them and never had problems, I'm servedome customer since November 2009, I can say is undoubtedly the best company to buy vps and dedicated servers that I met in KWWHunction.

As Pink said, Shared hosting is shit, goes down all the time, but for $2.5 its hard to cry about.

I hope the VPS is as solid as everyone else says, because I'll be upgrading soon.

Support is top notch and professional especially because of Zhang.

The servers are great, good uptime on them, however support at times can be frustrating, as you have to wait an fair bit, though they do help a fair bit.

My hosting (shared one) : Not bad @ all i have this one with 4$ located Germany. No problems at all exept 1-2 downtimes for a small time (nothing to worry about it)

My VPS (this one with 30$ located @ germany): Good speeds at fileserve, and rapidshare, bad speeds at hotfile. uptime exelent.

anyway, everything its fine with servedome, its the secont month i use them.

Support is 8/10 (i dont give 10/10 for the time to get a answer but i think its our time zone diferent.).
