I got an email from a company telling me to take some content down..

would you say it is legit and do i have to remove it?

ok, here we go again, can you view source of email? wheres it really from? can you copy and paste source here? or sent to me in pm to verify if real? And its sorta sounds fake, by asking to remove site, and not contents.(especially with "Be Yourself @ mail.com!

that at the bottom also got me thinking it was fake aswell..

and when you say source do you mean in the From:

as it says

which is strange as the end of the email says

what i mean is, open email, right click, choose sourse and copy first part at top, to where it says"To Whom It May Concern:" and paste here or in pm.If you cant do that, Ill send you my email address in pm and you can forward it to me

Bcoz these types of Mails My Frnd Also Got. He also came in Trouble. But I told to him that Just Ignore it.. So He did.. then he didnot get any Mail still yet.

okay mate.. well this could explain a bit as my site got ddos'd on friday night..

now he knows that the ddos has not stopped me keeping my site now maybe he is trying to scare me..

is there anyway I can get an ip from this mail?? as it was sent to my hotmail account./

As Far As Get Ip concerned I dont know about it. But one thing is sure that someone dont like u n ur forum.. I have checked ur forum . Its looking kool. There i didnot find anything wrong.. Dont take any tension. Just Be Happy n Make others Happy.
