Im not going to explain the features but im sure you all know them but i will do a brief description on the stuff you don't know.

Firstly im not going to let you bid without knowing that theres still some work to be done behind the scenes, for starters the admin panel has great potential but only consists of Download Acceptant and rejection (Ajax) Theres also a webmasters section where you can authenticate webmasters and give ratings (Ajax). There's Graphs on the Admin Dashboard that show Download's by category and Hits tracked in the DB.

Theres several tabs in the administration page such as Forum Control and Settings witch have not been completed. these will have to be done my yourself but all stuff is manageable in phpmyadmin.

We would prefer to sell to people who have a good understanding about how to manage a system via phpmyadmin and shell ect, the admin for us is only ever used to accept downloads... everything is managed via PhpMyAdmin

Theres also some unfinished stuff in the webmasters such as Forum Moderators witch is assigned via phpmyadmin bye setting the is_moderator column to 1 for the user you wish to have. the page moderators is done and the security is there you just need to implement the stuff yourself.

Also theres a blog connected with the site that has great potentials is ive integrated the theme

Should you change your mind however, I can help stop the site underachieving - I wouldn't recommend you sell it, it's very good for a start and this (trust me from my experience) will not help you a lot in the future - it just teaches you to depart from everything that doesn't have instant success -> bad habit.
