Redirecting .com domain to .org, good idea ?

I have my site on a .org domain, i bought the same .com name and i dont know if its a good idea to point the to add my nameservers to that .com domain, will be there any issue with google rank or ???

i dont want to redirect the .org traffic to .com, i just want both of them working ...

that should take care of your issue ..

Conclusion: The safest way to redirect old web pages to the
new pages or old web site to the new web site and keep the
same search engine rankings is to use the 301 redirect. It
will also pass on the page rank from your old site to your

A .htaccess 301 redirect would do it...

Save this as .htaccess and upload

RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://domain..org/ [L,NC,R=301]

there are so many websites which do it ... like dmoz
