speed should me atleast in downloading torrents abut 10mbps or more
and in uploading atleast 6mbps
in tf i can put 3 torrents at same tym.

in rl speed of rar nd unrar must be good

You will have to raise your budget it you need 30gb space I think.

since its TF and RL at that space and speeds more like $20-35, unless you buy a vps and set it up yourself
