It is possible to run rapidleech on a Windows server by installing XAMP.

However, as these scripts are php based, it isn't that necessary to get a Windows server as Linux servers are perfectly fit for that.

But if you want to do download/ upload with IDM/FileZilla, then Windows is a necessity.
