I think it might be Drupal.
But I'm not 100% sure, all the files are renamed.

it might be a spanish script, ive seen a lot of spanish scripts like this.
unless is a cms like joomals,etc translated to spanish with everything renamed

Oh wow, im a native spanish speaker and I dint pay close attention to the language but by taking a glance at it it looks like if it was in spanish lol,

Portuguese and Spanish look so similiar
