Introducing NixSnapr | Linux Screen Capture tool
NixSnapr is a small screen shot utility for Linux (Beta) and has the following features.
- Grab the selected area of the screen.
- Save the captures in /home/Pictures directory with screenshot-date-time prefix.
- Upload to cdnpic.com ( with progress bar) and display the link.
- Desktop Shortcut.
- Users can assign a desired key combination for easy access.
- Easy Installation ( NEW!)
NixSnapr is developed and tested on Ubuntu , it should work on any distro, provided it has cURL, Zenity and imagemagick installed.
Installation
Ubuntu
Download this file and double click ( NEW )
you can find , the launcher under
menu> Internet> cdnpic
Assigning custom key in Ubuntu ( GNOME)
System > Preferences > KeyBoard Shortcuts.
Then you can assign custom keyboard shortcuts ..
use nixsnapr in the command option
