    Just want to make sure that the IP for your VPS is not banned by HotFile, since I'll be mostly downloading stuff from them.

    I did not use it for downloading, so I dont know if it is blacklisted, but Im using it for uploading (as you see in recorded video).

    what kind of management do you need? you will have your control panel to stop, restart, shut down and check resource status on web and application.

    Actually i need nothing, but if the panel is free.
    It would be handy.
    My budget isn't realy high, $36 +/-

    yes, you will get this plan for 55$:

    200 gig hdd
    1.5 gig ram
    unlimted bw


    and sorry for not customizing hdd, but if we do so it means that we are gonna to oversell on server that is not our idea for this job
