Hi m8,

Change your logo:- either "All You Need" or All Your Needs" NOT "ALL your need"

Personally I do not like the changing orange as you scroll down the sections, I would prefer is the same shade all the way down.

I would replace "Do not post adult downloads here or anywhere else on the DhiWarez." with "NO Porn allowed on DhiWarez" again personal preference.

Otherwise I like it a lot.

Site is loading very slow.
Your orange color isn't something we see often, I think it's ok to have something different then the majority of other warez forums.
Get some custom icons.
Fill up your LE box in the footer.
