Opened the site, will review when it opens.

EDIT : Site's loading fine once the homepage loads at first time. You will need to correct it first I guess.

Use smaller fonts for sidebar and instead of WE FOUND having Google icon and text, you should make it say "Related Results" or something like that and remove Google icons and logo as it has got nothing to do with Google it seems.

Also there are few stats (pagerank, traffic) buttons at sidebar, shift them to footer.

Yes, its not spam. It has hidden meaning in it which someone already understood.
